Exploring Vigan with my Tuting! (Ilocos Sur)

 Vigan at dawn...looks like a deserted old town but still captivating. Our first stop of  Ilocos tour! 

                                                             

            We still be able to tour Vigan in broad daylight while riding a kalesa...before going home.
